Note: If you are submitting the picture of your kid, your kid must be 1 year old and above at the time of capturing their photo. The preceding condition is set down by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia’s Code of Ethics, therefore any contest entry submitted with a photo of a child below 1 year old, will be automatically disqualified.

By submitting this Entry Form, I verify that all information submitted is true, current and complete. I, being the Participant's parent or legal guardian have read and fully understood the terms and conditions, Privacy Note, Privacy Notice and shall adhere to all the terms and conditions and other terms and conditions in relation to the Able-Lac Cutest Kids Search as may be imposed by LabCeuticals Sdn Bhd from time to time, and acknowledge that the Participant may be subject to disqualification if any terms and conditions are not adhered to.
